DEPARTMENT GOALS
It's our mandate to carry out internal and external investigations to ensure a risk and theft-free environment both within Octopus and on all stations served by the company. The department will also provide advice on risk management to our clients and private investigations services

Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Employer - Employee Relations, Maintain Company Culture, Manage Employee Benefits, create a Safe Work Environment and Handle Disciplinary Actions.

Keep sensitive information private, create an open line of communication , prioritise both internal and external customers ' needs , Follow the dress code, Adhere to the law, Respect colleagues and clients, Report conflict of interest and care for company property .
STRATEGY
Conduct regular training due to our ever - advancing technology and Team building activities. - Synergise with all departments to create inter -operability and harmony in all corporate functions and activities.
